Where is your platform today?
Start from the problem, not the service list. Pick the situation closest to yours.
Enterprise replatforming01 / 05
Leave a legacy platform without losing revenue, data or rankings.
Your platform licence is up for renewal, upgrades take a quarter, and every new feature needs a workaround. You know you need to move, but the store makes money every hour and search traffic took years to earn.

Enterprise replatformingLet trade buyers order around the clock, at their own prices, synced to your ERP.
Orders still arrive by email, phone and spreadsheet. Your sales team re-keys them into the ERP, pricing lives in people's heads, and buyers ask why they can't just reorder online.
B2B ecommerceOnboard sellers, split payments and keep search fast as the catalogue grows.
You're opening your platform to third-party sellers, or your current marketplace can't keep up. Vendor onboarding is manual, payouts are reconciled in spreadsheets and search slows as the catalogue grows.
Marketplace developmentOne view of stock, customers and orders across stores, web and app.
Stock counts differ between the website and the stores, click-and-collect is handled by phone, and customers are strangers every time they switch channel.
Omnichannel and POSStay fast and online through launches, drops and seasonal peaks.
Every big sale is a gamble. Pages slow down as traffic climbs, checkout errors spike and the team spends the day watching dashboards instead of selling.

Are we the right team?
An honest answer saves us both a call. Three questions, or read the lists.
We're a good fit if
- You've outgrown an off-the-shelf store and need a custom or headless platform
- Your store has to talk to an ERP, PIM, OMS or POS
- You're planning a replatform and can't afford to lose revenue or rankings
- You want to own your code and choose who works on it
A better fit elsewhere if
- You need a standard theme store launched in a few weeks
- You're looking for the lowest hourly rate
- You need a marketing or ads agency
- You want design only, without engineering
Questions buyers ask first
What does a project cost?
Every platform is different, so we start with paid discovery. It ends with a fixed estimate you can take elsewhere if you choose.
Who will work on our project?
Senior engineers who stay with you from discovery to launch. You meet the tech lead before you sign.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Repositories, accounts and licences are in your name.
Where is the team based, and how do we work across time zones?
Our core team works with clients across several time zones. We agree overlap hours and a single point of contact at kickoff.
Do you support the platform after launch?
Yes. Managed services include monitoring, upgrades, security patches and a monthly improvement sprint, with response times in writing.
Do you only build on Medusa.js?
No. We recommend the platform that fits: Medusa, custom Node.js, or Shopify Plus. We specialise in Medusa because it gives many businesses enterprise flexibility without licence fees.
Book an architecture review
A 60-minute session with a senior architect. We review your current platform, integrations and growth plans, then send a written summary of risks and options.
- For companies with a real platform decision coming up
- NDA signed before we talk details
- The written summary is yours to keep
